Who can Apply?

To be eligible for the ILO programme you must be employed (on a permanent basis) in the public or voluntary sector in Wales.

There are a total of 15 placements available each year in either Lesotho or Eastern Uganda. We encourage any seriously interested eligible people to apply. There will then be a process to assess and select the most suitable and appropriate candidates.

To apply for the programme you will need to be prepared to get approval and agreement from your current workplace and fill in an application form. If successful following this, you will need to attend a group assessment day, have an individual interview and undergo a health assessment in order to be selected for the programme.
